For graduates of Soft Skills For Excellence and Be Authentic there is the option to be privately mentored by me. We start by taking a rain check on your situation and your team, what is working, what is not, and your definition of success. We meet monthly to reflect on the challenges you are facing, how you are handling yourself, your thoughts and your emotions. The more you practise the better you become at handling whatever happens when it happens. There will be ups and downs and as you handle each challenge you will increase your skill in navigating through the complexities of teamwork.
